The Akari Chargers concluded their PVL Reinforced Conference elimination round with a four-set loss to the Choco Mucho Flying Titans on Tuesday at the Ynares Center in Montalban. The Chargers fell 23–25, 25–21, 23–25, 21–25 in a contest that tested the team’s consistency and prepared them for the quarterfinal stage.

Annie Mitchem led the team’s offense with 30 points, supported by Eli Soyud’s 17 points. Middle blockers Fifi Sharma and Ced Domingo contributed seven points each. Grethcel Soltones was limited to one point. Akari’s attack was complemented by solid blocking and floor defense, keeping the team competitive in each set.

The Chargers traded leads with Choco Mucho throughout the match. Akari finished with a total of 56 attacks, three aces, and eight blocks, closely matching Choco Mucho’s 57 attacks, four aces, and nine blocks. Key rallies and transitions were contested, highlighting the team’s effort to maintain composure under pressure.

Akari closes the elimination round with a 4–4 record. The team will now await the results of Capital1 and Chery Tiggo’s remaining matches to determine final seeding for the quarterfinals. Preparations will focus on building from the elimination round performance and implementing adjustments for upcoming matchups.
