Adamson University Lady Baby Falcons stayed unstoppable after cruising past De La Salle Santiago Zobel Junior Lady Spikers, 25–17, 25–20, 25–18, on Tuesday at the Paco Arena in Manila. The victory marked the Lady Baby Falcons’ ninth straight win of the season and their second sweep of the Junior Lady Spikers in the eliminations.
Team captain Ella Gonzalvo led Adamson with 14 points on 12 attacks and two blocks. Francheska Adem added 10 points, while Janna Mabelle Dizon chipped in five.
For DLSZ, Aislinn Alemana and Kylie Celada finished with seven points each, while Justise Macasaet added five.
With the win, Adamson completed an elimination-round sweep over La Salle Zobel and tightened its hold on the top spot in the standings. The Lady Baby Falcons now carry a perfect 9–0 record heading into their next match against the Far Eastern University-Diliman Baby Tamaraws on November 9, Sunday, at 9 a.m. at the Blue Eagle Gym.
