Lady Falcons look to bounce back against Pocari-Air Force

After a lackluster debut saw them fall in straight sets, Akari-Adamson looks to bounce back in the PVL Open Conference Wednesday at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

The Lady Falcons crashed against Tacloban, 21-25, 12-25, 22-25, last Sunday, but will face a stronger Pocari-Air Force squad in a bid to enter the win column.

Coach Air Padda, who is using this tournament primarily to establish consistency in her team, will still be without the services of veterans Eli Soyud and Lea Perez, both of whom are out injured.

Chiara Permentilla top scored for the Lady Falcons against the Warays, delivering 11 points while Bern Flora added seven points, 10 digs and 13 excellent receptions.
