Here’s your Adamson Lady Falcons’ lineup for UAAP Season 80

A bold mix of old, new and familiar faces will be Adamson’s major weapon as they seek to return to the UAAP women’s volleyball tournament semifinals after a three-year absence.

Mylene Paat and Fhen Emnas, who skipped Season 79 to ply their trade in the semi-pro ranks, come back to bolster the Lady Falcons’ attack while rookie Chiara Permentilla and transferee Eli Soyud give coach Air Padda more options on offense.

Only six of the 13 players from Adamson’s disastrous 2017 campaign will be back, with Jema Galanza, Thang Ponce, Joy Dacoron, Jellie Tempiatura, Bern Flora and Chrislyn Uy on deck.

Team captain Galanza is expected to lead the Lady Falcons’ starting crew, where she will most likely be joined by Paat, Emnas, Permentilla, Soyud, Dacoron and Tempiatura, giving the San Marcelino squad one of the most loaded rotations in the UAAP.

Flora, who has had a solid preseason, Mhay Roque and Uy will be ready to backstop at both wing positions while Ceasa Pinar and Lea Ann Perez give Padda more flexibility with her combinations.

Padda will be joined by assistant coaches Angge Tabaquero, Cherry Macatangay and Onyok Getigan, with Russell Balbacal serving as team manager and Amanda Villanueva his deputy.

Here’s the full Season 80 lineup:

Jellie Tempiatura
Thang Ponce
Jema Galanza
Bernadette Flora
Chiara Permentilla
Mhay Roque
Chrislyn Uy
Eli Soyud
Ceasa Pinar
Mylene Paat
Joy Dacoron
Lea Ann Perez
Fhen Emnas
