New faces suit up for Akari-Adamson with Pingoy out in D-League

A horde of new faces will be in uniform when Akari-Adamson takes the floor in the 2018 PBA D-League Aspirants Cup starting in two weeks’ time.

Aside from rotation regulars like Papi Sarr, Jerrick Ahanmisi, Sean Manganti and Tyrus Hill, the Soaring Falcons will be welcoming six new names in the 15-man lineup.

Conrad Joey Catapusan, June Ray Buenaventura, Jerom Lastimosa, Egie Boy Mojica, Jasper Jude Longalong and Michael Angelo Macion beef up the squad that also includes Nikko Paranada, Simon Camacho, Jun Espeleta, Kristian Bernardo and Kurt Lojera.

Rob Manalang, Dawn Ochea and Terrence Mustre, who have both used up their UAAP playing years, are not in the roster, along with injured veterans Jerie Pingoy and Keith Zaldivar.
